He said the US is seeking a 'fundamental change' in Cuba, called Cuba a 'failed state' that will collapse, and said Secretary of State Rubio is in intensive talks with Cuban counterparts. On Iran he said he is weighing two options: reach an agreement with Iran, or 'send Iran to hell'. He said a Greenland agreement would give the US control of the area and establish two major military bases, and that the deal would be signed later the same day.
