South Korea's foreign minister said he expressed hope for a rapid restoration of
peace and stability in the Middle East, and that he and UAE Foreign Minister
Abdullah agreed to maintain close communication to ensure last November's state
visit by South Korea's president to the UAE yields substantive results.
