Alibaba is accelerating data‑center expansion in Europe and the Middle East as part of a 20 GW global infrastructure buildout, top executive Li Feifei said at the Yunqi conference in Hangzhou on Wednesday. The company plans to open initial cloud regions in Turkey, Finland and the Netherlands within 12 months and will expand data‑center capacity in Malaysia, Germany, the UAE, France and Hong Kong. Alibaba’s cloud footprint runs from Japan through Southeast Asia to the Middle East; it recently opened facilities in Brazil and France to deliver generative AI services to local enterprises.

China A-share printed circuit board sector surged; Mankun Technology rose more than 10%, while Aohong Electronics, Sihui Fushi, Zecheng Electronics, Xiehe Electronics and Wanyuantong also advanced.
