The company forecasts capacity will grow about 69% in 2026–2028. A new 5A fab will deploy 1C/1D nm process nodes and add roughly 45,000 wafers of capacity, improving wafer‑bit output. Nanya expects bit shipments to rise 8% in 2027 and 53% in 2028 to 6.75 billion Gb and 10.33 billion Gb, respectively. It said Q2 average per‑Gb prices have not fully reflected recent contract price increases and timing of renewals with large long‑term customers, leaving upside risk to Q3 ASP.
