China's State Council executive meeting, chaired by Li Qiang, reviewed progress
on building a modern distribution system and directed authorities to close
shortfalls in distribution and logistics infrastructure, vigorously expand
multimodal transport to further reduce logistics costs, strengthen distribution
governance capacity, and promote new business formats, models and scenarios.
