Most-active domestic futures were mixed at the midday close: pulp and palladium
rose over 3%; SHFE silver and industrial silicon gained about 3%; eggs,
platinum, polysilicon and live hogs advanced more than 2%; synthetic rubber
added roughly 2%. On the downside, Shanghai crude (SC) dropped nearly 3%;
benzene, coking coal and PTA fell over 2%; coke, palm oil and lithium carbonate
slipped about 2%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) declined more than 1%.
