trading tied to financial markets or political outcomes; sports and
entertainment wagers are exempt. The firm's personal trading policy prohibits
event contracts linked to specific companies (including Goldman Sachs), election
results, or any measure of financial-market performance. Repeat violations can
lead to dismissal or account closure; the firm may require forfeiture of
improper gains above USD 200 or donation of proceeds to charity.
