July 9 — Shandong held a robot and intelligent equipment industry matchmaking event in Jinan. The China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute and the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released a Shandong robot and intelligent equipment industry brand matrix and announced the province's first batch of 26 key embodied-intelligence robot training sites. The event inaugurated the Shandong Robot and Intelligent Equipment Industry Alliance and the Shandong Robot Standardization Committee, and included signing of public-service projects such as an intelligent robot transmission-system testing center. Leading firms Youbote, Guanglun Intelligent and Zhiyuan Robotics signed strategic regional cooperation agreements. Jinan also set up two provincial-level robot industry funds for its central district and start-up zone.
