People familiar with the matter said SK Hynix has told investors it plans to
price its U.S. ADR offering at $149 per ADR, implying roughly a 3.1% premium to
the Korean ordinary share's Thursday close. SEC filings show each ADR represents
one-tenth of an ordinary share. At $149 per ADR the deal would raise about $26.5
bln and would be the largest U.S. IPO by a foreign company on record.
Discussions are ongoing and details could change; a SK Hynix spokesperson did
not respond to requests for comment.
