Trump and South Korea's Lee agreed to deepen bilateral naval shipbuilding cooperation and to continue working-level consultations after meeting Tuesday at the NATO summit in Turkey. The U.S. requested South Korean assistance on warship construction; Lee pledged cooperation and cited South Korean firms with advanced shipbuilding capabilities. Both sides said they will hold further technical and policy-level talks to study concrete measures.

CNN, citing US officials, said the situation with Iran remains rapidly evolving and the US military may carry out further strikes on Iranian targets. Officials said recent strikes targeted missile and drone facilities capable of striking US military assets and sites that could threaten shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
