China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will publish two
outputs at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai (July
17-20), the agency said at a July 7 press briefing. The releases are: a third
annual case collection China Smart·Benefit World, compiling Chinese AI+ projects
and practices across more than 20 countries in agriculture, industry, energy and
research; and an Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Development Action Plan
covering eight areas—including broader access to computing capacity, open-source
ecosystem sharing, AI-enabled applications and security-governance
cooperation—aimed at strengthening international communication on technology
innovation, industrial application and safety governance.
