The plot area is 83,590.87 sqm with a permitted total floor area of 376,158 sqm, zoned for general industrial use and designated for a 3D-printing intelligent manufacturing headquarters base. Shenzhen Zhuhe is a 100% owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology, created to advance the Guangming manufacturing base project.
