BF.direkt’s Q2 survey showed its commercial real estate financing sentiment index fell to -25.97 from -9.74 in Q1, signaling sharply reduced financing appetite. Chinese embassy in Iran announced on July 6 it will resume all consular document services from July 8. To clear a wartime backlog of visa applications, the embassy will accept visa applications all day July 8 (Wed) through July 10 (Fri). From July 12 (Sun) normal hours and service arrangements resume: visa acceptance — Sunday and Tuesday mornings, Monday and Wednesday all day; document authentication acceptance — Thursday mornings; document issuance — Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
