The shipment is the first batch after commissioning of the hydrogen dechlorination unit; the hydrogen‑refined product is marketed as having pronounced low‑carbon attributes and should help downstream customers meet mandatory recycled‑material blending and pollution/carbon‑reduction requirements, marking implementation of the company’s product‑upgrade plan.
