Proceeds will be deployed to three priorities: accelerate satellite mass-production capacity and scale manufacturing efficiency; advance the Jilin-1 satellite constellation to strengthen high-resolution data acquisition; and deepen remote-sensing data applications to expand industry-specific solutions.
