Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO said he believes long-term trends remain consistent with the underlying objectives of the company’s departmental reorganization.

Crusoe, a data-center startup supplying AI compute to Meta Platforms and Oracle, is in talks to raise roughly $3 bln, people familiar with the matter said, a deal that could roughly double its valuation to about $30 bln. The company is still negotiating the round and no final valuation has been set; investors expect a post-money valuation near $30 bln including the new capital. Crusoe was valued at about $10 bln in October last year.

Russian Defence Ministry said its air defences shot down a "long-range combat tactical missile", seven guided bombs and 602 fixed-wing drones in the past 24 hours, but did not identify the missile model or provide further detail. Ukraine has not publicly confirmed use of a ballistic missile. Ukrainian defence firm "Fire Point" has said its FP-9 ballistic missile, with a reported range of about 850 km intended to strike deep Russian targets, could begin flight tests after engine development is complete as soon as this summer or early autumn.
