Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei said on June 30 that the timing and
modality of negotiations on a final agreement with the United States will be
decided in the coming days and hinge on implementation of terms in the
memorandum of understanding (MoU). He said implementation of some MoU provisions
has begun and is progressing. Iran will assess current progress in the coming
days and then decide when and how to commence final-agreement talks.
