June 30 — Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said at a regular briefing that
the 7th China–Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) local leaders’
meeting, the 2026 China–CEEC Young Politicians Forum and the 4th China–CEEC
spokespersons’ dialogue were held in China. Guo said the China–CEEC cooperation
mechanism, launched 14 years ago, has matured and deepened despite changing
international conditions, and has become an accelerator for bilateral ties, a
promoter of high‑quality Belt and Road cooperation, and an example of
China–Europe efforts to build a community with a shared future.
