June 30 — Cainiao launched a "customized full-chain logistics solution for tech overseas expansion", targeting AI compute, smart manufacturing, high-end equipment and robotics firms. The service offers end-to-end, tailored cross-border logistics. Cainiao said it has designated these tech sectors as priorities for cross-border logistics and will continue expanding its dedicated overseas-tech logistics product matrix.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and eight other ministries issued implementation opinions to promote high-quality development of the industrial internet.
