UBS raised its target price for Texas Instruments (TXN.O) to $350 from $295.

SK Hynix said financing for new factory construction will primarily rely on operating cash flow and the company will flexibly adjust financing scale and timing to market conditions. It is exploring multiple financing options, including partnerships with global partners, and said factory sites outside South Korea that meet its criteria may be considered. The company plans phased cleanroom construction and staggered production ramps.

China A-share semiconductor materials sector continued to strengthen; Shengong Co., Youyan Silicon and Hengkun New Materials rose over 10%, while Jiangfeng Electronics, Kaide Quartz and Yake Technology also gained.
