Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Chairman Liao Lin met with Citigroup
chairman and CEO Jane Fraser to discuss the macroeconomic outlook and deeper
business cooperation. ICBC deputy president Zhang Weiwu and Citigroup regional
president Long Mingrui attended. ICBC and Citigroup said they maintain close
collaboration on funds clearing, financial markets and custody, and will deepen
cooperation on international financial governance, think‑tank platform
development and bond underwriting and issuance, with ICBC leveraging its global
integrated operations.
