CHINA signed three presidential orders on June 26, 2026. The 14th NPC Standing Committee adopted revisions to the PRC Trademark Law and the Law on Certified Public Accountants on June 26; both reforms are promulgated and scheduled to take effect Jan. 1, 2027. The orders also relieve Natural Resources Minister Guan Zhi'ou of his duties.

On June 26 in Beijing, China's Li met Cambodian People's Party chairman and Senate president Hun Sen. Li said China is willing to further align development strategies with Cambodia, accelerate construction of an industrial development corridor and a fish‑rice corridor, expand and improve the quality of bilateral trade, and deepen cooperation in infrastructure, agriculture, clean energy, digital economy and artificial intelligence; he also called for maintaining a secure environment for cooperation. Hun Sen said China is Cambodia's most important economic partner and Phnom Penh is willing to sustain high‑level engagement, align development strategies and deepen cooperation on trade, agriculture, infrastructure, high‑quality investment and industrial development, while exploring opportunities in digitalization, green transition, blue economy, supply chains and finance.
