HEZBOLLAH leader Naim Qassem said any pledge to violate Lebanon's sovereignty will not be accepted.

NEA deputy director Wan Jinsong told a State Council briefing that China will continue to rely on coal power during the 15th Five-Year Plan to support rapid renewables build-out and meet energy demand. He said China’s thermal power installed share is about 40% (below the global average); China accounted for more than half of global new wind and solar capacity in recent years; and since the 14th Five-Year Plan coal-fired capacity share has fallen from 49% to 32% and coal generation share from 61% to 51%.
