EG Group, a fuel-station and convenience-store operator, has confidentially applied for a U.S. IPO seeking about $1 bln.

On June 23 the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said it has relaxed travel restrictions to allow Iran’s national football team to enter the United States two days before its June 26 group match against Egypt in Seattle; the team must depart the same night. DHS said overall security measures and procedures remain unchanged. Iran will remain based in Tijuana, Mexico, for the tournament and several team staff and federation officials continue to be barred from entry.
