He said the more-than-100-day US–Israel–Iran confrontation, now shifting from conflict toward dialogue, has severely disrupted regional and international stability and yields four lessons: uphold international rules, respect state sovereignty, embrace a new security concept, and understand evolving forms of warfare. With traditional and non‑traditional threats intertwining, Wang said BRICS strengthening security-dialogue and cooperation is timely.
