Iranian foreign ministry spokesman BAGHAEI said parties to the memorandum of understanding are working to implement all provisions before launching nuclear talks.

Iranian President PEZESHKIAN said on Tuesday, ahead of his departure for Pakistan, that Tehran is seeking full implementation of a memorandum of understanding with the United States; if all terms are implemented, many regional issues would be resolved.

Brussels, June 22 — The second EU–Moldova summit was held with European Council President Costa, European Commission President Von der Leyen and Moldovan President Sandu in attendance. The EU said it formally opened first-stage accession talks with Moldova a week earlier and described the summit as marking a new stage in the accession process. Leaders focused on next-phase work to integrate Moldova into the EU single market and policy framework and reviewed the Moldova Growth Plan and reform implementation. The EU said Moldova has received about €504 million in EU support to date.
