June 23 — ByteDance unit Volcano Engine unveiled Doubao large model 2.1 Pro at its Force conference. The company says the model improves demand understanding, long-term planning and engineering delivery, and significantly enhances programming and agent capabilities; performance is now ranked among global leaders.

The first domestically produced C909 business jet, CBJ, entered commercial service on June 22, flying from Shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing Capital International Airport. Shanghai will be the aircraft's main operating base. Jinlu Business Aviation, part of HNA Aviation Group, will operate the type on Asian and domestic mid‑haul routes; the aircraft is marketed for superior high‑altitude airport performance and larger cabin space.
