HEZBOLLAH said on the 20th, local time, that Israel bears "full responsibility" for violating a ceasefire announced the previous day after Israeli air strikes on southern and eastern Lebanon. HEZBOLLAH described the sustained strikes as "not merely a violation of the ceasefire but naked aggression and a continuation of war, therefore Israeli authorities bear full responsibility."
