On June 19 the DRC health ministry reported the current Ebola outbreak has 933
confirmed cases and 245 deaths, an overall case fatality rate of about 26%.
Health minister Roger Kamba said 416 patients are hospitalised in Ebola
treatment centres and 80 have been discharged; treatment capacity has been
expanded to over 516 beds and more beds are being added to admit new community
cases and manage suspected cases pending confirmation.
