US Secretary of State Rubio plans to visit Kuwait, the UAE and Bahrain next week, two sources told Axios.

On the 19th (local time) Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Administration said, citing the signing of an Iran‑U.S. memorandum of understanding and directives from relevant authorities, that vessels must submit transit applications at least 48 hours before entering the Strait of Hormuz. Vessels that submit the required applications and meet conditions within the announced window will be arranged to transit.

Spain has not yet decided whether to provide support for the solar industry.
