China’s most active futures contracts are mostly higher at the midday break,
with tin and lithium carbonate up over 6%, silver up over 5%, palladium and
platinum up over 4%, nickel, caustic soda and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) up over
3%, and containerized freight index (Europe route), iron ore, coking coal, zinc,
coke, polypropylene and hot-rolled coil up over 2%. On the downside, SC crude
drops over 2%, while apples, urea and styrene fall over 1%.
