Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf criticized the United States
for violating three key clauses of Tehran’s 10-Point Proposal before
negotiations began. He cited breaches including non-compliance with a Lebanon
ceasefire, an unauthorized drone incursion into Iranian airspace destroyed in
Lar, Fars Province, and denial of Iran’s right to uranium enrichment under
clause six. Ghalibaf stated that such violations undermine the “workable basis
on which to negotiate” and render a bilateral ceasefire or talks unreasonable.
