Pork prices in China have dropped to their lowest levels in nearly eight years,
with wholesale carcass prices down about 30% from a year earlier, according to
data from Beijing's biggest agricultural products wholesale market. Lean pork
averaged 6.3 yuan per jin (1jin=0.5kg) and fatty pork 5.75 yuan per jin on April
