amid rising global tensions, particularly the ongoing Iran conflict. Speaking at
the Boao Forum, Zhao urged nations to avoid conflict and respect sovereignty. He
criticized unilateralism, protectionism, and hegemonism, framing China as a
source of global stability and opportunity. Zhao promised to create a law-based
business environment and share the benefits of China’s market to foster global
growth.
