[Xinyangfeng: Plans to invest 1.15 billion yuan to build a 1 million tons/year new crop special fertilizer project] Xinyangfeng announced that the company plans to sign the "Huaishang District Investment Promotion Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Huaishang District, Bengbu City, and invest in the construction of a 1 million tons/year new crop special fertilizer project, including 400,000 tons/year high tower compound fertilizer, 400,000 tons/year urea-based compound fertilizer, 150,000 tons/year soil test formula BB fertilizer, 50,000 tons/year high-end water-soluble fertilizer, with a total investment of 1.15 billion yuan and an estimated fixed asset investment of 980 million yuan. The project construction period is about 12 months, and it is expected to start construction before December 31, 2025, and be completed and put into production before December 31, 2026. The project covers an area of about 322 mu, of which about 266 mu is used for chemical industry. The implementation of the project still requires government approval and reporting, environmental impact assessment approval, construction permit and other pre-approval procedures, and there is uncertainty.
