U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC): As of the week ending May 6, speculators increased their net short positions in CBOT U.S. 2-year Treasury futures by 14,416 contracts to 1,220,793 contracts, their net short positions in U.S. 5-year Treasury futures by 3,925 contracts to 2,296,496 contracts, their net short positions in U.S. 10-year Treasury futures by 81,631 contracts to 953,168 contracts, and their net short positions in ultra-long Treasury futures by 13,381 contracts to 264,775 contracts.
