From May 7, 2025, the anti-dumping duties will be imposed on the investigated products. The investigation authority finally determined that there was dumping of imported cypermethrin originating from India, the domestic cypermethrin industry suffered substantial damage, and there was a causal relationship between the dumping and the substantial damage.
The State Council Tariff Commission made a decision based on the suggestion of the Ministry of Commerce to impose anti-dumping duties on the investigated products from May 7, 2025.
