SpaceX said, pending regulatory approval, it plans to launch Starship as early as
as Nov. 13. The 75-minute launch window opens at 4:45 p.m. Central Time (06:45
Beijing time on Nov. 14). The flight will, for the first time, attempt to return
both Starship and the Super Heavy booster to the launch site and recover them
using a capture device.
