The Beijing Economic‑Technological Development Area management committee issued measures to accelerate an open‑source, domestically trusted IT industry hub. The program encourages software and hardware upstream/downstream firms to form alliances for joint adaptation and to develop integrated solutions that address complex, critical business scenarios. It explicitly supports new technologies and products — including super‑node servers, AI terminals, super‑intelligent agents, quantum computing cloud platforms and next‑generation mobile communications — and offers first‑trial/first‑use and pilot validation services. Financial support of up to 30 mln yuan will be awarded based on technological innovation, scenario demonstration, application scalability and ecosystem collaboration.
