China Reform Holdings Co., Ltd. said it discovered that Hengyun Energy
Technology (Beijing) Center (Limited Partnership) listed its subsidiary Guoxin
Holdings (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as the investing party in a market-entity
registration. China Reform and its affiliates said they have no equity,
investment or business relationship with that entity or its affiliates; have not
signed any agreements or authorized use of their name; are not aware of or
involved in the entity’s activities; and accept no responsibility. The company
warned the public to guard against personal or property losses.
