According to Iran's Labor News Agency, Iranian regional affairs expert and university professor Zargar stated that negotiations between Iran and the United States can no longer be limited to the nuclear issue alone. He emphasized that before entering into nuclear negotiations, both sides need to begin a process of building trust and ceasing hostilities. Simultaneously, the lifting of new sanctions, the maritime blockade, and issues related to the Strait of Hormuz should also be included in this negotiation process. Zargar stated that the future international stage may be filled with special events and unforeseen changes in the situation, and all parties need to pay close attention to this.
