According to the New York Times: A new Gallup poll shows that the majority of respondents worldwide have a positive view of artificial intelligence. Interviews with at least 1,000 people in 37 countries found that positive sentiment outweighed negative sentiment in 34 of them. On average, 72% of respondents said they felt curious, happy, or excited about AI, while 41% felt worried, sad, or angry.
