Sept. 23 — Zhang Xue Locomotive said it has identified false recruitment
information circulating via unofficial channels. The company said only certain
key R&D positions are handled by retained headhunters, who will not charge
applicants; all other roles are filled by the company directly. Zhang Xue said
it has not authorized any third party or individual to recruit on its behalf
under labels such as 'labor dispatch', 'internal referral' or 'paid referral'.
Any requests for applicants' sensitive personal information or payment are not
official.
