Samsung is set to release new foldable phones on July 22, with the Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra expected to be among the models. According to South Korean media citing industry sources, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will be priced at over $2,000 in the US. The report states that a price of $2,099 is "very likely." In comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 launched at $1,999.99; this means the Z Fold 8 Ultra could be $100 more expensive than its predecessor. This price has not yet been finalized, and Samsung is reportedly conducting a final evaluation of the price and its overall pricing strategy. However, considering the RAM supply crisis and the price increase of the Galaxy S26 series earlier this year, this price hike is expected.
