The IEA said sustained Ukrainian attacks on refineries, storage and transport infrastructure have weakened Russia's output outlook, prompting cuts to Russia supply forecasts of 85,000 b/d for this year and 150,000 b/d for next year; the agency now sees an average of 8.8 mln b/d over the forecast period. It projects Russian oil output of 8.9 mln b/d this year and 8.8 mln b/d in 2027, down from 9.2 mln b/d in 2025. The IEA noted June crude output rose 120,000 b/d from May to 8.86 mln b/d, roughly 0.9 mln b/d below the OPEC+ quota.

Mainland residents accounted for 176.0 mln, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents 147.0 mln and foreigners 45.906 mln, y/y changes of +10.7%, +8.1% and +20.6% respectively. Inbound foreign arrivals totaled 22.914 mln (+20.4%), with visa‑free arrivals at 17.815 mln, 77.7% of inbound foreigners and up 30.6% y/y. Top ten source countries for inbound foreign visitors were South Korea, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, the United States, Japan, Mongolia and Australia, accounting for 62% of inbound foreigners.
