talks and, after recent Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian refineries and ports,
is more determined to continue fighting; one source said there is a "high
possibility of escalation in the coming months." The comments come as US
President Trump said Putin wants to end the war and that a solution is closer
than people realize; Trump spoke last week with both Putin and Zelensky and met
Zelensky at the NATO summit, where Zelensky said they discussed ideas to bring
peace closer.
