Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Qatari Prime Minister emphasized that all parties must adhere to dialogue and diplomacy, and implement the consensus reached within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, in order to help maintain regional security, consolidate achievements, and strengthen regional stability.
