Iranian media on July 9, citing the Iranian Army public relations department,
said Iran carried out further strikes that morning against US bases in the
region in response to US attacks on multiple Iranian sites and military units.
Military drones struck a Patriot air-defense system at a US base in Kuwait, a
satellite-communications early-warning facility at a US base in Qatar, and a
fuel depot at a US base in Bahrain.
