President Trump said he will discuss plans with Ukrainian President Zelenskiy to grant Ukraine licenses to produce Patriot missile-defense systems and other advanced equipment, citing firms that build Patriots and Tomahawks. Zelenskiy thanked the US for bipartisan support and said air defense is a top priority. When asked about how long new production lines would take, Trump said he believes Ukraine could build the systems quickly.
