Prime Minister NETANYAHU’s cabinet voted unanimously to refuse recognition of
any decisions by the Second Authority for Television and Radio, the regulator
for commercial broadcasting, directly contravening a Supreme Court order that
the authority continues operating despite falling below its statutory quorum
after a wave of resignations. The court said the resignations may have been
